Scripture first. Privacy respected.
This policy explains what LM Bible stores, why it is used, how it is protected, and how you can delete your account and associated personal data.

How information is used
LM Bible uses this information to provide Scripture reading, saved study, cross-device continuity, community and teaching features, Assistant responses, subscriptions, notifications, account security, abuse prevention, and support. Personal information is not sold to advertisers.
Service providers
LM Bible relies on service providers for hosting, databases, private file storage, authentication, push delivery, AI processing, and payments. Web payments may be processed by Square or Stripe, depending on the checkout or an existing subscription. Apple and Google handle purchases made through their respective app stores. LM Bible Assistant uses third-party AI processing services, which may route your Assistant message and relevant Bible or study context to underlying model providers to generate a response. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.
Before LM Bible sends an Assistant message for AI processing, the app asks for your permission. Do not include sensitive personal information that you do not want processed by AI service providers.
Offline Bible data
When you download an available Bible translation for offline reading, the chapter data is stored on that device. Removing an offline Bible clears that local copy. Offline Scripture is separate from your LM Bible account data.
Live room audio
When a leader starts Listen Live, the room microphone is passed directly between participating devices using WebRTC. LM Bible does not record or save that live room audio. LM Bible’s realtime service carries the temporary connection-signaling messages needed to establish and end the device connection. Direct-listener limits may be applied to protect the presenter device, connection quality, and bandwidth.
Live captions and speech recognition
When a presenter chooses Start captions, LM Bible uses the browser or device speech-recognition service. Depending on the browser or device, microphone audio may be sent to that service provider for processing. This is separate from the direct live-room audio connection described above. Speech-recognition availability varies, and captions should not be assumed to work offline.
Generated caption text is shared with participants in the live group through LM Bible's realtime service. Stop captions ends the presenter's recognition session. Caption text can contain recognition errors; check important words against the speaker or teaching notes.
Account deletion and retention
You can initiate permanent deletion from Profile → You → Delete account, or use the public account-deletion page below. LM Bible removes the account identity and associated personal records. Shared churches/groups that other people use may remain, but your personal membership and authored personal data are removed.
LM Bible may retain de-identified moderation/safety information when needed to protect users and may retain privacy-request records as needed to document, verify, or complete a privacy request. Payment providers may retain transaction records for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Those provider records are controlled by the provider.
Security
LM Bible uses encrypted HTTPS connections, secure HttpOnly session cookies, authenticated private-data endpoints, access controls, account-scoped storage, and provider-side payment handling. No internet service can promise absolute security, but LM Bible is designed to limit access to the people and systems that need it.
Children and family use
LM Bible is designed to be family-friendly, but parents, guardians, churches, and group leaders remain responsible for obtaining any consent required for a child’s account or participation. A parent or guardian who needs an account or associated data removed can use the account-deletion process.
Questions or requests
You can contact LM Bible about privacy without signing in through the public Privacy Request form. Signed-in users can also send product/privacy feedback from Profile. Account-deletion requests and instructions are always available at the public Account Deletion page.
